About Yogic Therapy
Welcome to Yogic Therapy .
My name is Ghita, I am the founder of Yoga Therapy.
I have been practicing yoga for a decade and have taught
Yoga since 2012.
Yoga for me, is the way into my soul. I use Yoga to heal the body, mind and soul, and love to invite others into Yoga, so to pass this on.
I believe I teach from a place of Intuition, care and unconditional Love. My teaching often has flavours of: Humor, Joy, Laughter, Smiles and Tears!
Having studied under Indian traditions, I offer a diverse range of approaches from Hatha Yoga beginners to advanced, Yin and Restorative Yoga, Yoga Nidra and Pranayama, Yoga philosophy and Mantras.
